ARCHITECTURE

Connected work needs a legible structure.

Avectes is designed to connect operational context while keeping each product topic accountable. Follow the relationships, the module boundaries, and the evidence that gives a result its meaning.

01 / CONTEXT

The handoff should carry the reason for the work.

A contact, project, task, and invoice can describe parts of the same customer commitment. In isolated applications, the relationship between them becomes a manual reconstruction. Avectes' architectural direction is to make related operations understandable in one context.

The diagram shows a design relationship, not a claim that every cross-module connection is already released.

The connection is part of the operating picture, not another spreadsheet maintained between tools.

Understanding becomes a reviewed decision.

A delayed service handoff could suggest a better next step. The intended path keeps the observation, proposed change, review, permission, and result visible. A finding does not authorize an action.

  1. 01 / FINDINGDelayed handoff

    Inspect the source records.

  2. 02 / PROPOSALAssign a next owner

    Explain the suggested change.

  3. 03 / REVIEWApprove or decline

    Check scope and permissions.

  4. 04 / AUTHORIZED ACTIONApply the allowed change

    Within the approved scope.

  5. 05 / RESULTInspect what happened

    Include failures or no change.

In the planned workflow, approval is an explicit decision. Execution must satisfy application policy and verification.

The result informs the next improvement.

After a reviewed change, relate the outcome to the original commitment. Was the handoff clearer? Did the work reach the next owner? Keep unsuccessful changes visible too. Efficiency and profitability are goals to evaluate against evidence.

FEEDBACK / EVALUATE AND REVIEW

  1. OBSERVEAction result

    Changed · unchanged · failed

  2. RELATEWorkflow context

    Same customer and commitment

  3. EVALUATENext proposal

    Review before another action

Outcome evidence returns to the operating picture.

This is the intended feedback direction. Recording an outcome does not automatically train a model. Learning needs its own objective, evaluation, and customer-data permission and retention decisions.

02 / OWNERSHIP

Connection still needs boundaries.

The App groups stable product topics into modules such as Contacts, Invoices, Contracts, Projects, Tasks, and Calendar. Each topic owns its actions and module-wide types. A module does not become a broad service for unrelated work.

Projects

Owns project actions and local types.

Private action internals do not become sideways dependencies.

When a capability spans topics, an explicit higher owner or stable public contract names the relationship. That keeps dependencies reviewable as the product expands.

03 / EVIDENCE

State says what is visible. Evidence says what can be concluded.

The wider engineering architecture records execution identity, structured status, bounded logs, failure reasons, timing, resource evidence, and immutable outputs. These make a result inspectable and help distinguish a source change from a local check or live observation.

BOUNDARYWhat the proof supports

This is an evidence principle across Avectes engineering, not a promise that every product workflow already has a complete event history.
